Last August 17, 2009 The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) issued Circular Letter No. CL-2009-060 approving the Change of the Corporate name of the Rural Bank of Talisayan into "RBT Bank Inc., A Rural Bank).
The Circular Letter is signed by Deputy Governor, Nestor A. Espinilla Jr.
