Every FICCO branches displays process by which a member can pay loans or deposit to FICCO using their mobile phones through GCash. I wonder how many people actually use this facility. Its very convenient but I observed this service is one of the unexercise process. It could be that members are used to go to FICCO and pay or they don't know how to use this facility.
