This is one of the smoking area in Davao. This is located outside Abreeza at the right side facing the main entrance of the hotel.
This picture is taken at around 12:00 pm, mid day. Davao City smokers go through this type of smoking areas around the City. If a smoker sip outside the rope it is already a violation and if caught he/she can be fined.
Fines collected from smokers are regularly donated to lung cancer patients or Cancer society in Davao.
Cooperatives from different areas in Southern Mindanao attended the "No To Repeal of Tax on Cooperatives" Rally held last May 13, 2017 at the Freedom Park, Roxas Avenue.
Cooperative Good Governance Training is one of the requirement by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) for a member of the board be confirmed by the CDA. The AMPC through the effort of our Membership Committee and the Board conducts Good Governance Training for AMPC titled "Sustaining Agdao MPC Through Stakeholders Empowerment". We are fortunate to have Mr Isagani B. Daba as speaker for the said seminar. It was a short 4 hours but very successful and schedule pack seminar we conducted.
The chairperson delivering her welcome address and talking about why AMPC conducted and the importance of having a Good Governance Seminar. She also introduce the speaker.

I believe that these young students if nurtured right can become good future leaders. Laboratory cooperatives can help bring them realize that cooperative are instruments to improve the quality of life of its members and help alleviate poverty as well as development in the countryside and nation building.
